In Memoriam

The Death Angel visited the home of Mr. and Mrs. G. H. Hampton last Thursday 
morning about 1:30 o'clock, and carried away their litle son, Griff Jackson.  
Language can not express, neither pen describe the bitter anguish and deep 
sorrow that fills our hearts in having to give up our little darling.  All the 
sunshine has faded rom our lives now that dear sweet Griff is dead.  How dark 
and lonely the home is without little Griff!  His sweet little eyes are closed 
forever, and never more will we hear his sweet voice, and his litle footsteps 
are forever stilled.  Oh! how we miss him, and how desolate and sad home is 
with no little Griff there.  Our tears fall like rain drops as we realize we 
have kissed his sweet little lips for the last time and heard him lisp his 
last sweet "bye, bye.
