IN MEMORY OF MONTEEN 


Dear Monteen, one of the most beloved, respected, and truest of all friends.

May she ever be remembered by those whom she has left behind.

May her life serve to teach us that it is best to make the most of every 
opportunity.

May her willingness to serve and to help others, make us more willing to help 
and serve.

May her smiles and words of cheer to everyone enable us to ever lend a 
helping hand and to speak words of encouragement as we walk along life's way.

May her death remind us that life is like a rose, blooming in all its beauty 
today; 
tomorrow drooping and wilting away.

May God who is too wise to err, make us say:
"Death is no more a frightful fue, 
Since he with Christ shall reign; 
With joy she leaves this world of woe;
   For me to die is gain.

To darkness, doubt and fears adieu;
Adieu, thou words so vain;
Thou shall I know no more of you,
   For me to die is gain.

No more shall Satan tempt my soul, 
Corruption shall be slain,
And tides of pleasure o'er me roll,
   For me to die is gain."
