Elder Hammock Anthony conducting the services. She was taken very severly and lived but two weeks. Just a little more than a month ago her brother, W.T. Meadow, was buried and now there are three others of the family down with this dreaded disease. She was the youngest of four sisters, all of whom were living at the old homestead. More than half of this family have crossed over the dark stram and are now awaiting the coming of the others. God called her and she answered the summons without a murmur. May He who doeth all things well be a guide and comfort to those who are left behind and prepare them to meet those who have gone before "in the sweet by-and-by," where all partings will be over.
