Mrs. W.D. Meadow Dies
Funeral Tuesday


   Funeral services for Mrs. W.D. Meadow, who died in a hospital
last Sunday afternoon, were held on Tuesday morning at 11:00
o'clock at Danielsville Baptist Church with Rev. A.E. Logan and
Rev. Sidney Scott officiating.  Burial was in the Meadow Cemetery.
   Serving as pallbearers were:  Messers R.T. Broome, Hal G. Ware,
T.J. Jackson, Howard Strickland, R.H. Daniel and Ben Gunnin.
   Mrs. Meadow is survived by one daughter, Mrs. James Christy, of 
Atlanta; and one son, Mr. W.T. Meadow, also of Atlanta.
   Mrs. Meadow was a native of Madison county, and loved by all
who knew her.  Both she and her husband took an active part in
both church and community, and had many friends throughout the county.
