Mr. A. F. Morris about 57 years of age, died in a hospital in Atlanta Friday 
after a long period of illness.  Funeral services were conducted by Rev. 
Grimes of Comer Methodist Church Saturday afternoon.  Interment was in the 
Comer cemetery.  He leaves a wife and six children, and two children by a 
former marriage.  Mr. Morris was well thought of and had lived in our 
community from the beginning of the year 1921 until in the fall of 1928 when 
he moved to Colbert.  We extend our heartfelt sympathy to the bereaved.

Saturday afternoon were Mr. and Mrs. W. A. Rousey and son, Dewey; Misses Katie 
mae and Sallie Sue Nix; Messers V. G. Vaughn and A. J. Faulkner.
