Paul Palmer Rites

Paul J. Palmer, 69, 3544 Kings Drive, Douglasville, Ga., fomrerly of Madison 
County, deid Thursday, May 24th.

A native of Hall County, Mr. Palmer was in the dairy business.  He was a 
member of the Victory Baptist Church.  

Funeral services were held Saturday, May 26, at 2 p.m. at Victory Baptist 
church with the Revs. Dallas latham and Loyd Latham officiating.  Burial was 
in Westview Cemetery.

Survivors include his wife, Bertha Phelps Palmer; a daughter, Mr. Johnny 
Jackson, Conlye; 4 sisters, Mrs. Cartee (Edith) Watson, Athens, Mrs. Roy 
(Pauline) Seay, Danielsville, Mrs. Hobson (Dorothy) Morris, Colbert, and 
Mrs. Buford (Flora) Brown, Colbert; 4 brothers, Leonard and Bill Palmer, 
Comer, Ernest Palmer, Colbert, and Edwin Palmer, Forrest Park, Ga.; several 
nieces and nephews.

Whitley Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
