        Mitchell Sanders Dies In Columbia, S.C.

   Mr. Mitchell Sanders, of Danielsville, aged 22, died at
Columbia, S.C. Friday afternoon at 2:30 o'clodk.  He was
ill only three days.  Funeral services were held Sunday
afternoon at the Meadow cemetery by Rev. B.W. Hancock, 
Pastor of Danielsville Methodist Church; with Bernstein
Funeral Home in charge.
   Mr Sanders is survived by his father, Mr. T.M. Sanders;
eight uncles: Messers H.B., H.T., C.C. and U.T. Sanders,
W.D. Meadow of Danielsville; Grif Meadow, of Comer, 
Claude Meadow of Monroe, Carl Meadow of Danielsville;
three aunts, Mrs. Wofford Brooks, Athens; Mrs. Gary
Hitchcock, Danielsville and Mrs. Hope Carithers, 
Kannapolis, N.C.
   Mr. Sanders was a farmer and a young man of unusual
ability.  He was a member of the Baptist Church and had
many friends throughout this section to whom his sudden
death brings deepest sorrow.  His loved ones have the 
sympathy at all this great sorrow.
