T. Smith Again the Death Angel entered our midst and claimed the life of Mrs. Julia Ann Smith. Mrs. Smith was born in the year 1879. Before her marriage she was Miss Julia Ann Strickland. She was one of Meadow Church's oldest members and will be missed by all who knew her. In her home she was a kind loving mother and companion and a good neighbor. Declining health prevented Mrs. Smith from attending church as much as she would like to have attended. Mrs. Smith is survived by her husband, Mr. W. T. Smith; eight children: Mrs. Will Sorrow, Mrs. Bennie Smith and Mrs. Dock Payne, of Comer; Mr. Herschell and L. E. Smith, Misses Gerturde, Pauline and Gladys Smith all of Danielsville. Two brothers, Mr. Seymour and Howard Strickland of S. C.; two sisters, Mrs. Charles christy and Mrs. Bob Christy of S. C. and nine grandchildren. Funeral services were conducted by Rev. Christian and enterment at Listery Cemetery. Teh family has lost a near and dear loved one. Therefore be it resolved: That we humbly bow to the Will of Our Heavenly Father. That we deeply sympathize with the bereaved family in this trying hour. Taht a copy of these resolutions be spready upon our Church minutes, a copy be sent the family and a copy be sent to the county paper for publication. Mrs. O. T.
