FUNERAL SERVICES FOR MRS. E. L. WHITE HELD LAST TUESDAY

   Mrs. E. L. White died early last Monday morning at her home in Ila.  She was 
76 years old.
   Funeral services were held Tuesday morning, March 19, at 11:00 o'clock at 
the Ila Baptist Church.  Rev. J. C. Parker, pastor of theh Church conducted 
theh funeral and interment was in the Ila Cemetery.  Her grandsons acted as 
pallbearers.
   Mrs. White is survived by three daughters, Miss Cora White, Mrs. A. Y. 
Fitzpatrick, and Mrs. E. O. Fitzpatrick, all of Ila; 17 grandchildren and 26 
great grandchildren.
   Mrs. White was a native of Jackson County and had resided in Ila for 40 
years.  She was one of the oldest members of the Ila Baptist Church, being one 
of the charter members. She was the daughter of the late ____ and Mary 
Yarbrough, two of Jackson county's olderst families.
   He was a member of Clouds Creek Baptist Church.
