W.J. WHITEHEAD On last Friday evening April 14, 1922, death called Mr. W. J. Whitehead. He was born and reared in Jackson county but later came to Madison county and has lived her a number of years, having lived to quite an old age, being 85 years and 14 days old. He was a member of the Methodist church and always attended the services regularly as long as he was able. He was laid to rest at Fork cemetery on last Saturday evening, the funeral services being conducted by Rev. M.K. Patgtillo, of Comer, Ga. He leaves six children, thirteen grandchildren, twenty-five great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his death.
