E. Rowe, an Uncle and Aunt of the groom. In the spacious living room ___ ____rated with a profusion of garden flowers, was an imiprovised altar formed of ferns and floor baskets filled with handsome dahilas and tall candle sticks centered by a five branch candelabrum. During a musical program, rendered by Mrs. Hope Power, preceding the ceremony. Miss Mary Louise Rowe lighted the candles. To the strains of Mendelshon's wedding march entered Rev. Cranfield Brown, who performed the ceremony followed by Eddie Rowe and his little sister, Joan, bearing the ring in a large white dahlia. The bride who was becomingly gowned in a lovely fall suit of rust crepe with accessories to match and a corsage of talisman roses and swansonia, was attended by her sister, Miss Hilda, who wore a suit of green and corsage of pink roses. They were met at the altar by the groom and his best man, Robert Rowe. After the ceremony Mr. and Mrs. Johnson left for a ten day trip to Washington and other points, after which they will reside in Monticello.
