Danielsville Monitor   21 February 1895
Married at the residence of the brides parents Mr. & Mrs. J. B. Griffeth this 
(Thursday) evening, at one o'clock, Dr. J. I. Griffeth and Miss Mamie 
Griffeth, Rev. T. J. Adams, officiating.  The young people left immediately 
with several friends for the home of the grooms parents in Oconee County.  Dr. 
Griffeth is a rising young physician of Danielsville, while Miss Griffeth was 
one of Madison fairest daughters.  This young couple start in life under the 
brightest auspicies, and we wish for them a bright and happy future.
