Danielsville Monitor, 28 July 1899
The Athens Banner speaks of a marriage that will occur there next month which 
is of interest to Madison county people.  The happy couple are Mrs. Bessie 
Meadow, of Athens, and H. E. Edwards, of Lawrenceville.  Mrs. Meadow is well 
know here, being the widow of the late Toombs Meadow, and Mr. Edwards once 
lived in Madison county, having been the popular agent of the S. A. L. 
railroad at comer for a long while, and now holds that responsible position at 
Lawrenceville.  We extend congratulations in advance, and wish for them a long 
and happy life.
