P. (Beck) Beckman, Jr. were married Wednesday night at 6 o'clock at a ceremony performed by the Rev. J. C. First at First Presbyterian church. Mrs. Amanda Taylor provided the wedding music. The bride wore a powder blue frock with white accessories and a corsage of white roses. Mrs. Ralph Russell was her matron of honor and J. J. Higgins attend the bridegroom as best man. Frank Lopez entertained the wedding party at the Tampa Terrace Hotel after the ceremony. Mrs. Beckman, daughter of Mrs. Hattie Evans, of 804 Genesse St. was born and reared in Georgia. She came to Florida several years ago as an employee of the Florida Medical Center. Mr. Beckham, son of Mr. and Mrs. J. P. Beckham of Evansville, Ind. has received an honorable discharge from the armed services, and is now employed in the navy cost department at Tampa Shipbuilding Company.
