Hall Son in Law of the Same place and Jefferson Jones son in Law and Thomas B. Bragg Son of the State of Mississippi Newton County of the others part Witnesseth that the said George Bragg after his burial expenses and the payment of all just debts In consideration of the love & affection which he has and bears to his said Sons in Law J. T. Hall and J. Jones and Son Thos B (could be G) Bragg has given granted and and does by these presents give grant and unto Said J. T. Hall and J. Jones Sons in Law and T. B. Bragg Son as a foresaid and and assigns all the property that he the Said George Bragg own or is possessed of at his death Except thirty Dollars which he gives to Lucy Parlia the youngest child of Permelia Tucker all the Rest unto the Said J.
