First....I want my debts paid should I be owing any. Second....For the love I have for my wife Ethel Evelyn David, I will and bequeath to her to have and to hold all of my property until Cornelius becomes twenty one. Out of rent my wife Ethel Evelyn David and my three boys, John Murray, George Franklin and Cornelius are to live. My wife Ethel Evelyn David must see that my three boys are educated. Third..When Cornelius becomes twenty one, for the love I have for my wife Ethel Evelyn David, I will and bequeath to her to have and to hold her life time the place known as the Henderson place, Dean place, McCurdy place, Peyton place and Bank stock, household and kitchen furniture. At her death to be divided as near equally as possible among my three boys, John Murray, George Franklin, and Cornelius. They are to draw for these lands at death of my wife At death of each boy to go to their wives and children if married if not back to other brothers who may be living and to their wives and children. Fourth..For the love I have for my three sons John Murray, George Franklin and Cornelius I will and bequeath to them all the lands in Fork district, Collins district, Brookline district, my part of Mill and Mill tract, except lands already specified for my wife her life time. These lands are to be cut up and divided as near equally as possible and my three sons John Murray, George Franklin and Cornelius are to draw for same when Cornelius becomes twenty one. At death of sons these lands are to go the their wives and children if married, if not, to other brothers and to their wives and children. For the love I have for John Murray I will and bequeath to him my watch and two chains when he becomes eighteen years old. If I have not bought George Franklin and Cornelius one, I want my wife Ethel Evelyn David to buy them one when they become eighteen.
