Moon, of said state and county and of sound and disposing mind and memory, I do hereby make my last will and testament. First (1st) I give and bequeath to my loving wife, Laura C Moon, my entire belongings for her natural life time; And at her death to be divided, between three sons, Carl Moon, Cecil Moon and James P. Moon as follows, to-wit: Beginning at the South east corner of said estate, known as the Brookline and Paoli Cross roads, running west along the Brookline road, thence north to the David line; thence east along the David (line) to the Corner of David line; thence south to the beginning, sufficient to make Sixty (60) acres, to be given and bequeathed to my son Carl Moon. Thence beginning at the North west corner on the Brookline road, of the said tract that I bequeathed to Carl Moon; thence running west along the Broookline road; thence north to the David and Comer line; Thence east along the David and Comer line to the said tract bequeathed to Carl Moon; thence south to the beginning Corner, being sufficient to make Sixty (60) acres, to be given to to be given (sic) and bequeathed to my son Cecil Moon. Thence beginning at the North west Corner of the tract bequeathed to Cecil Moon running west along the Brookline road to James P Moon Corner; thence north along James P Moon line; Thence west along the Moon line; Thence west along the Power line; (to the...copyist’s note) Thence west along the Strickland line to the Comer line; Thence north along the Comer line to a corner of the Comer and Moon lands, Thence east along the Comer line, to the Corner of said tract, bequeathed to Cecil Moon; thence south to the beginning - Being sufficient to make Sixty seven (67) acres, more or less, to be given and bequeathed to my son Jas. P. Moon. 4 It is my will that the boundaries of land that I have described shall first be subject to any indebtedness that I may owe. And it is my will, that it may be known to all it may concern, that the above writing was, and is a mutual agreement between my wife, Laura C. Moon, and my three sons, Carl Moon, Cecil Moon and James P. Moon. Signed in the presence of these witnesses, and we signed witnesses (sic) in his presence.
