Do therefore make this my last will and Testament revolking all others heretofore made of me 1st item I desire and direct that my body be buried in a decest and Christian like manner suitable to my Circumstance and in life 2nd Item I desire and direc t that all my just debts be paid without delay by My Executore herin after appointed 3rd Item I give and bequeath and demise to my Brother George Bragg and My Nephews Charles I. Berryman Robert Berryman and Wilson P. Berryman the Sons of my Sister Nancy Bragg formally now Nancy Balinger My Entire Estate both real and personal consisting of Seven Negroes tb Fellis, a Girl of about twenty two years old, Becky a Girl about Fifteen years old John a Boy about Fifteen years old Malinda Girl about Fourteen years old a Girl about Eight years ofl Frances about Sic years old and William a boy about twelve years old And Three hundred & fifty acres of Land in Said County a part of which I live on Together with Notes and accounts all other evidences of debts Stock and other articles too tedious to mention to be equally divided between the Said George Bragg Charles T Berryman Robert Berryman and Wilson Berryman Share and Share alike 4th Item I hereby Constitute and appoint my nephews Charles T Berryman & Robert Berryman My Executors of this my last will and Testament This January 2nd 1854 his Joseph X Bragg (seal) mark Signed by making his mark.
