Hall of said State and County being in feeble Health but of sound and disposing mind and memory knowing that I must shortly depart this Life deem it Right and as respects my Self and Family that I should make a deposition of the property with which a kind providence has blessed me and therefore make this my Last will and testament hereby Revoking all others By me heretofore made. 1 First, I desire and direct that my Body be buried in a Decent and Christian manner suitable to my and condition Life my soul I trust shall return to rest with Goad who gave it as I hope for solution on the visits and atonement of the Blessed Loard and Savior Jesus Christ. 2 Secondly, I desire and direct that all my just debts be paid without delay by my Executor herein after name and appointed. 3 Thirdly, I give and bequeath and Devise to my Beloved wife Susan B. Hall my entire Estate both personally and Real for her own use and Benefit to do as she pleases with During her natural Life or widowhood. 4 Fourthly, In the Event that my said wife Susan should marry it is my Desire that this my whole Estate Sall be Equaly Divide between my said wife, Jeremiah W. Hall, John T. Hall and Robert B. Hall Shear and shear a Like. Fifth, In the Event that my wife does not marry during her natural at her death ti my desire all my Estate is Equally Devided between my three sons to wit Jeremiah W. Hall, John T. Hall and Robert B. Hall shear and shear alike. Sixth, I hereby constitute and appoint wife Susan B Hall Executor of this my Last will and Testament this 28 April 1864 Signed Sealed and Delivered in presents this the 28 April 1864.
