Item 1st I give bequeath and devise to my unmarried daughter Martha Amanda Adams-twenty acres of land to be run off from the North West corner of my land one Cow and Calf one bed and bedstead- Item 2nd I give bequeath and devise to my eight children to wit John T. Adams Mary Lucinda Freeman Sarah Elizabeth Fitzpatrick Jessee White Adams Martha Amanda Adams-Kisi Catherine Burroughs Emri Killer Adams Susie Parlee Thomas and to the Children of my Dead Daughter louisa Francis Segraves to wit-William Calloway Segraves Emri David Segraves Samantha ELizabeth Segraves-all the remainder my land consisting of Eighty acres. It is my will at the death of my husband John Adams the 80 acres of land be sold and enough of the proceeds of the land be appropriated to build a medium size box house on the 20 acres of land named in the first item for the use of my daughter Martha Amanda Adams- and the balance to be equally divided between my Eight Children aforesaid and the three children of Louisa Francis Segraves to recieve one share. Item 3rd It is my will that the 20 acres of land named in first item shall be a extra bequest. It is my will that my dauighter Martha Amanda Adams share equally with my other children in the Divisoion of the proceeds of the 80 acres of land. Item 4th It is my will that all of my land remain just as it is untill the Death of my Husband John Adams- Item 5th- I hereby Constotute amd appoint my son John T Adams Executor of this my last will and Testament 17 day of June 1873 her Lou Disa X Adams mark Signed declared and published by Lou Disa Adams as her last will and T estament in the presence of the subscribers who subscribe our names hereto in the presence of said testator at her instance and regard(?) and of each other she signing in our presence and we signing in her presence.
