Item 1st.....I give bequeath and devise to my daughter Sarah M. Rice and her children fifty acres of land off of my place that I now live on Containing two hundred acres more or less. for the express purpose of paying for the support of myself up to the present time and for my further support on as much as will be necessary for that purpose. Item 2nd...I give and devise unto my daughter Harriet Moore the remainder of my land during her natural life. At the death of my daughter Harriet, then I devise and direct that the Said Land go to and be the property of my two daughters Sarah M. Rice and her children and Mary L. Patton and her children. Item 3rd.....I desire and devise that all of my household and Kitchen furniture go to my daughter Harriet with the exception of Mary L. Patton to have one double wove (sic) Counterpane and one set of pillow slips also my daughter Sarah M. Rice to have one doublewove (sic) Counterpane and one set of pillow slips. I give the above named subscribed property to my daughter for her care and waiting on myself in my last feeble and _______ condition. Item 4th.....I direct that my Children make arrangements to pay my Doctor bill and the debts. Is as to keep the property given to them. Item 5th...I hereby constitute and appoint my son in law George L. Rice Executor to this my last will.
