T Moon being feeble in health yet of sound and disposing mind and memory make and publish this my last will and Testament Expressly revoking all others by me made. Item 1st... I desire that my body be burried (sic) in a manner suitable to my circumstances in life. Item 2nd... I desire that all my Just debts including buriel (sic) Expenses and the expense of carrying out this my last will be paid out of the money left on hand at the time of my death not otherwise hereinafter disposed of Item 3rd... I give and bequeath to my ChildrenSusan and Emma and A. P. Moon each the same amount of personal property and Household Stuff that Elizabeth A David has already received. That all giving (?) be equal. Item 4th...The balance of my personal property not disposed of in item 3rd shall be divided into four equal lots as even as can be and all of my children Shall draw for them each child drawing one lot. Item 5th... I have already given Elizabeth A David her share of land by Deed and three hundred dollars worth of my Rail Road stock and will therefore give her no further interest in my Estate except as appears in Item 4th above. Item 6th... Of the cash on hand at my death I give to Susan and Emma and A. P. Moon each three hundred dollars. Item 7th...Of the all other land of which I am seized and possessed I give and bequeath to my three Children Susan and Emma & A. P. Moon as tenants in common so long as they are unmarried. but if Emma should marry then sixty eight acres of said land shall be cut off to her so as to leave the Homestead and outbuildings on the remaining which sixty eight acres on said contingency (?) I give to her my said daughter Emma in fee simple. The remaining one hundred and thirty six acres I give in like manner to my daughter Emma and my son A. P. Moon. Item 8... I give and bequeath to my daughter Emma my organ Item 9th...The personal and real property not herein disposed I give to my four children each share and share alike. Item 10... I constitute and appoint my son in law and my daughter Emma Moon My Executors to carry this my last will in to effect without compensation for the same. W T (his X mark) Moon....seal .
