Power of said County and State being of sound mind and disposing memory and wishing to make sure (?) disposition of the property I now Do make constitute and ordain this my last will and Testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made. Item 1st..It is my will and desire that at my death I should be burried (sic) in decent and Christian like manner. Item 2nd..It is my will that all my Just debts be paid as soon as the same can be done with convenience. Item 3rd...I give and bequeath to my beloved Wife Martha Power during her natural lifetime or widowhood my hole (sic) and entire estate both real and personal and at her death or intermarriage all my property of every description (Except the Negro Slaves) to be sold and after giving to my Daughter Anna G. Power one hundred Dollars then to be Equally divided between all my children (viz) Elizabeth N., Anna G Salisun (or Solisun?) and Mary W. Power Share and Share alike. Item 4th...It is my will and desire that my Negro Slaves be put into as many equal lots as I have children at the time of the death of my said Wife Martha and one equal to _____ (the others?) and Given to each and all of them the Negro Slaves to be appended (?) and allotted off by these interested (?) persons & in case my said Wife shall marry then She to have an equal Share with my children in every respect. Item 5th...It is my will and desire that my Executor and Executrix here after named shall have full Power to sell either publicly or privately as they may think best the tract of land I own in said County on Brushy Creek another tract on North River after the expiration of a note to M (?) Cook for four years from its Commencement also the tract whereon I now live or any portions thereof and make and execute titles to said tracts of land without having to make application to the Court of Ordinary. Item 6th.. It is my will and desire that my said Wife Shall have Power to give off at _______ such portion of property as she can Spare to my Children as they marry or become of age or She may not do so if she can not do the same without inconvenience. Item 7th... I hereby Constitute and appoint my beloved Wife Martha Power my Executrix and Willis Stin______ my Executors of this my last will and Testament.
