Alexander Samuel Brady

Son of Michael G. Brady and Rachel G. Freeman, b. 05/14/1849, d. 01/26/1915, m.
Sarah Matilda Hendricks, b. 12/27/1854, d. 12/16/1929, both are buried in Mt.
Pisgah Cemetery, Marion County, Ga. 

Children:

Walter Jackson Brady, b. 02/03/1884
Della Eugene Brady b. 12/ /1886
Lovie Elizabeth Brady b. 08/22/1888
Bedford Franklin Brady b. 10/05/1892

Marion County Superior Court Records show A.S. Brady acquired a considerable
amount of land (approximately 3,000 acres) and farmed.  After his death in 1915,
administrator sold parcels of the estate to the family and others at a public
sale which brought proceeds in the amount of $10,881.50.  His son, Frank, was
appointed administrator of the estate and took care of his mother, Matilda, and
built his home near her.
