Indenture between Nathaniel Bradberry and James J. Ruffin 16 Dec 1853 Marion County Georgia This indenture made and entered into this the Sixteenth day of December in the year of our Lord Eighteen Hundred and Fifty two, between NATHANIEL BRADBERRY of the one part and JAMES J. RUFFIN of the other part both of the county and state aforesaid. Witnesseth that one said NATHANIEL BRADBERRY in and for the consideration of the sum of Eight Hundred Dollars to him in had paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hat granted, bargained and sold and do by these present grant, bargain and sell unto the said JAMES J. RUFFIN, his heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the (4th) fourth district of originally Muscogee now Marion County, known and distinguished in the plan of said district by number (82(Eighty two, being the east half of said lot containing (101 1/4) One Hundred one and a fourth acres more or less, to have and to hold to his own proper use behoof in FEE SIMPLE together with all the rights members and appurtenance there unto belonging or any other wise appertaining to the same and he the said NATHANIEL BRADBERRY for himself his heirs and assigns warrant and defends the before named premises unto the said JAMES J. RUFFIN his heirs and assigns against any claim or claims that may or hereafter come against them.
