Bond, the Sheriff of Marion County, did lately seize the lot of land hereafter described as the property of the said Bond and after being advertised agreeable to law, did on the 7th day of May in the year of one thousand eight hunred and fifty (1850) at the place of public slae in the said county of Marion expose the same at Public outcry when WILLIS JINKS being the highest bidder, the same was knocked off ot him at the price or sum of Thirty dollars $30. Now this Indentur made the 2nd day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty between the said John W. Wilcher, Sheriff as aforesaid of the one part and the said Willis Jinks of the other part. Witnesseth that the said John M. Wilcher, Sheriff as aforesaid for and in the consideration of the sum of Thirty dollars to him in hand paid by the said Willis at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is herby acknowledged, hath granted, bargained and sold and by these presents doth grant, bargain and sell so far as the office of sheriff authorizes him unto the said Willis Jinks his heirs and assings all that tract or parcel of land known as number (170) one hundred and seventy, in the 12th district of said county together with all and singular the rights, members and appurtenances thereof, unto the said tract or parcel land being belonging or in any wise appertaining and also all the estate, right, title, interest, property claim and demand of the said William F. Bond, in law, equity, or otherwise whatsoever of in or to teh same. To have and to hold the said tract of land and premises and every part thereof unto the said Willis Jinks, his heirs and assigns, to the only proper use benefit and behoof of the said Willis Jinks, heirs and assigns, in as full and ample a manner as the said William F. Bond, his heirs,and assigns did or might have held and enjoyed the same had it not been seized and sold under the esxecution aforesaid. In witness whereof the said John M.
