State of Georgia

This Indenture made this the twenty fifth day of December in the
year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Thirty Five
between William Clements of the county of Marion and of the one
part and Daniel Owens of the same place of the other part.
Witnesseth that said William Clements for and in consideration
of the sum of One Hundred and Sixty Three Dollars and Sixty
Three Cents hath granted bargained sold and conveyed and do by
these presents grant bargain sell and convey unto the said
Daniel Owens all that tract or parcel of land situate lying and
being in the Thirtieth District in the county of Marion known
and distinguished in the plan of said district by the number One
Hundred and Eight it being the north half of said lot containing
One Hundred  One and a Fourth acres more or less.  To have and
to hold the said tract or parcel of land together will all and
singular the rights members and appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in any wise appertaining unto the said Daniel Owens
his heirs and assigns forever in fee simple and the said William
Clements for himself his heirs executors and administrators the
aforesaid tract unto the said Daniel Owens his heirs and assigns
and will forever warrant and defend against the claim of all
person or persons whosoever in witness I the said William
Clements hath hereunto set his hand and affixed his seal the day
and year first above written.
