This indenture made this the seventeenth day of May in the year of our Lord 
one thousand eight hundred and forty seven between Jordan Davis of the County 
and State aforesaid of the one part and Vincent E Revier of the same place of 
the other part witnepeth that the said Jordan Davis for and in consideration 
of the sum of four hundred dollars in hand paid at and before the sealing and 
delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is bereby acknowleged hath 
granted bargained and sold and conveyed and do by these presents grant bargain 
sell and convey unto the said V E Revier his heirs and apegns all that tract 
or parcel of half lot of lot of land No 204 in the fifth district of orignally 
Muscogee now MArion County containing one hundred and one fourth acres more or 
less to hold the said bargained premises with all and singular the right 
members and appertances there in any? belongings or appertancing unto him the 
said V E Revier his heirs and assogns to his and there own proper use benefit 
and behoof forever in fee simple and the said Jordan Davis for himself his 
heirs executors and adminstrators the said bargained premises unto the said V 
E Revier his heirs and assigns shalt and will forever warrant and defend by 
virtue of these presents in witness whereof the said Jordan Davis hath here 
unto set his hand and seal the day and year above written signed sealed and 
delivered in the presence of
