Georgia, Marion County

Indenture made this 25th day of December 1850 between William D. Chapman of 
Merriwether County, Georgia and Vincent Meadows of Marion County, Georgia.  
William D. Chapman, for the sum of $300.00, sold that tract or parcel of land 
lying in the 3rd District of Marion County, 1 lot distinguished in the plan of 
said district by number 144, containing Two Hundred Two and one half acres (202 
1/2) more or less.

William D. Chapman hath hereunto set his hand and affixed his seal the day and 
year above written - Signed, sealed and delivered in the presence of 
N. M. Rodgers                             William D. Chapman  LS
