Duke of the same place of the other part. Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred dollars to him in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt is hereby acknowledged the said Darling Duke hath bargained, sold and conveyed and by these presents doth hereby grant, bargain, sell, and convey unto the said Henry N. Duke his heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the third (3) district of Originally Muscogee now Marion County known and distinguished in the plan of said district by being lot number Two hundred and thirty one (231) containing (202- 1/2) acres to have and hold said bargained premises together in all and singular the rights and priviledges from said Darling Duke his heirs Executors and Administrators to him the said Henry N. Duke his heirs and assigns to his and their own proper use benefit and behoof forever in fee Simple and the said Darling Duke for himself his heirs executors and Administrators the said Henry N. Duke his heirs and assigns will forever warrant and defend the right and title of said lot free from the claims of himself his heirs and assigns and all persons whatsoever belonging whereof the said Darling Duke hereunto set his hand and seal the day and year above written.
