Witnesseth that the said Enoch Duke for and in consideration of the sum of twenty five dollars to him in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged him and doth by these presents remiss, release and forever quit claim to lot of land Number two hundred and twenty nine (229) in the third (3) district of Originally Muscogee now Marion County containing two hundred two and a half acres more or less with all the rights members and appertunances to the said lot of land in any wise appertaining and belonging to the said Benjamin Lancaster his heirs and assigns to him and to hold the same so that I the said Enoch Duke and my heirs nor any person or persons claiming under me or them shall at any time hereafter by any way or means have claim or demand any Right Title to the aforesaid premises or its appertunances or any purpose.
