Hanks and William R. Kemp and Sarah R. Boynton and John R. Kemp and Francis R. Hairbuck (or Hanbuck)and Lucy A. Thompson all legal heirs of Elizabeth Robison deceased of the one part and Mathew Melton of the other part all of said county and state. Witnesseth that the said heirs for and in consideration of the sum of three hundred and twenty dollars and there in hand paid at and before the sealing and deliver of these presents the receipt is hereby acknowledged that the said heirs has granted bargained sold and conveyed and doth by these presents grant bargain, sell and convey unto the said Mathew Melton, his heirs and assigns the west half of lot of land No. two hundred thirteen (213) in the 5th District of Marion County (except one eight of an acre in a square shape there the grave yard now stands) together with and singluar the rights members and appurtances thereunto belonging. In testimony whereof the said legal heirs has hereunto set their hands and affixed their signatures this day and year above written. Wm. R.
