All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/ga/gafiles.htm ************************************************ File contributed for use in USGenWeb Archives by: Bill Duke wmduke@phonl.com January 12, 2003, 12:11 pm Book A, page 161 Georgia Marion County} This Indenture made this the Eighteenth day of December in the year of our Lord eighteen hundred and fifty one between John Hudson of the said State and County of one part and Rowlin Hudson son of the said John Hudson of the same place of the other part, witnesseth that the said John Hudson for and in consideration of the maternal love and affection which I have and bear to my said son Rowlin Hudson and for in consideration of the sum of Five Dollars Cash in hand paid by the said Rowlin Hudson the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have given and granted and do by these presents Give and Grant unto the said Rowlin Hudson his heirs and assigns half of that Tract of Land situate lying and being in the Twelfth District of original Muscogee now Marion County known and distinguished in the plan of said Dist. by the number One Hundred and ninety one the west half containing one hundred one and a quarter acres more or less with all the rights members and appertunances to the said lot of land belonging or in anyway appertaining, to have and to hold the above Described lot of Land unto him the said Rowlin Hudson his heirs and assigns together all the rights to members and appertunances to the said lot of Land in anywise belonging to his and their own proper use benefit and behoof forever in fee Simple and the said John Hudson for himself his heirs Executors and Administrators the said Given and Granted premises unto the said Rowlin Hudson his heirs and assigns will warrant and forever defend the right and title thereof against themselves and against the claim of all other persons whatever.
