Indenture made this 25th day of December 1850 between William
D. Chapman of Merriwether County, Georgia and Vincent Meadows
of Marion County, Georgia.  William D. Chapman, for the sum of
$300.00, sold that tract or parcel of land lying in the 3rd
District of Marion County, 1 lot distinguished in the plan of
said district by number 144, containing Two Hundred Two and one
half acres (202 1/2) more or less.


William D. Chapman hath hereunto set his hand and affixed his
seal the day and year above written - Signed, sealed and
delivered in the presence of

Chapman of the aforesaid county and Vincent Meadows of the same
county.


Martin D. Chapman, for the sum of $65.00, sold to Vincent
Meadows all that parcel of land known as part of lot number
113, being the northeast corner of said lot in the 3rd District
of Marion County, containing Thirteen (13) acres more or less.


M. D. Chapman hath hereunto set his hand and seal the day and

Woodall.

Chapman, Jr and Vincent Meadows, both of the said county and
state.


Abner Chapman, for the sum of $300.00, sold to Vincent Meadows
all part or tract of land lying and being in the 4th district
of Marion County known as part of land lot number 264, lying on
the east side of the branch, containing Thirty Two and one half
(32 1/2) acres more of less.


In Witness whereof the said Abner Chapman hath hereunto set his
