State of Georgia, Marion County:
This indenture, made the 14 day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand
eight hundred ninety four between Mathew Melton of the County of Marion of the
one part and Victor L. McMicheal of the County of Marion of the other part.
Witnesseth: That the said Mathew Melton for and in consideration of the sum of
thirteen hundred dollars in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of
these presents the receipt of whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted,
bargained, sold, aliened, conveyed and confirmed and by these presents doth
grant, bargain, sell, alien, convey and confirmed and by these presents doth
grant bargain, sell, alien, convey and confirm unto the said Victor L. McMicheal
heirs and assigns one dwelling huse and lot in the town of Buena Vista Georgia
measuring one hundred and five feet front on Boker Street by two hundred and
teen feet deed and bounded on north by A.M. DeWolfs lot on West by Stokes
Singleton and Peacock lot on South by lot of G. G. Nelson and J. W. Moore on
East by Boker Street said lot being a portion of lot of land No 109 in the fourt
Dist Marion Co Georgia.  To have and to hold the said bargained premises with
all singular the rights, members and appurtenances thereto appertaining to the
only proper use, benefit and behoof of him the said Victor L. McMicheal his
heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, in fee simple; and the said
Mathew Melton of the said bargained premises unto the said Victor L. McMicheal
his heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, against the said Mathew
Melton his heirs, executors, and administrators and against all and every other
person or persons shall and will warrant and forever defend, by virtue of theee
presents.  In witness whereof, the said Mathew Melton hath hereunto set his hand
affixed his seal, and delivered these presents, the day and year first above
