Witnesseth that the said Perry Watson for and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred and Fifty dollars to him in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents by James Peacock the receipt which is hereby acknowledged by these presents hath granted, sold and conveyed and delivered by these presents unto James Peacock that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the Twelfth District originally Muscogee now Marion County said parcel of land are known and distinguished in the plan of said district by number Two Hundred and Forty No. 243 said parcel of land are known by commencing at the north east corner of said lot moving west to a pine stake then across said lot of land then running east to the corner of said lot then running north to the beginning said parcel of land suppose to contain One Hundred and Thirty acres more or less to have and to hold the said parcel of land with all and singular the rights, members and appurtenances thereof the same in any manner belonging to his own proper benefit and use in fee simple and the said Perry Watson for himself, his heirs, executors and administrators on the said bargained premises unto the said James Peacock, his heirs and assigns will warrant and forever defend the right and title thereof against themselves and against the claim of all other persons whatsoever in witness whereof the said Perry Watson hath hereunto set his hand and seal the day and year above written.
