Watson of the County and State aforesaid for and in consideration of the sum of five dollars to me in hand paid by Willis Watson at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and in consideration of the trust hereinafter mentions do give, grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said Willis Watson a certain buggy of dark color which I have this day purchased of John W. Brewer (unsure last name is correct) and which has just undergone repairs. To have and to hold said Buggy unto him the said Willis Watson, his heirs and assigns upon trust and confidence to and for the use and benefit of my sister, Elizabeth Ellen Hart to her sole and separate use and not to be liable to the debts or contracts of her husband Calvin Hart, or any future husband she may have during the natural life of her the said Elizabeth Ellen Hart and at her death to be disposed of as she shall deem proper. In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this the sixth day of November in the year Eighteen Hundred Fifty Five. Signed, sealed and delivered Perry M.
