Wimberly of the County and State aforesaid of the one part and Elizabeth Eleanor Hart, the wife of Calvin Hart of Taylor County and State aforesaid of the other part. Witnesseth that the William P. Wimberly, for and in consideration of the sum of Three Hundred and Fifty Dollars to him in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained sold and conveyed and doth by these presents grant bargain sell and convey unto the said Elizabeth Eleanor Hart the wife of Calvin Hart and her bodily heirs and assigns, all that tract or parcel of land situate lying and being in the County aforesaid known and distinguished as No. (253) Two Hundred and Fifty Three, in the Eleventh District of originally Muscogee now Marion County containing Two Hundred Two and a Half acres more or less. To have and to hold said tract or parcel of land unto her the said Elizabeth Eleanor Hart the wife of Calvin Hart, her bodily heirs and assigns, together with all and singular the rights members and appurtenances therefore to the same in any manner belonging to her own proper use benefit and behoof forever in fee simple. And the said William P. Wimberly for himself, his heirs, executors and administrators unto the said Elizabeth Eleanor Hart, her bodily heirs and assigns will warrant and forever defend the right and title thereof against themselves and against the claims of all other persons whatever. In witness whereof the said William P. Wimberly hath hereunto set his hand and affixed his seal the day and year above written. Signed and sealed in the presence of Wm P. Wimberly (L.S.) Willis M.
