Worrell of one part and Willis Jinks of the other part. Witnesseth that the Worrill for and in consideration of the sum of Fifty ($50) dollars to him in hand paid by the said Jinks, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hath granted, bargained and sold and by these presents the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained, sold and conveyed & do by these presents grant, bargain, sell and convey until him the said Willis Jinks,the following lots of land situated, lying and being in the 12th District originally Muscogee now Marion County and distinguished by No 119 one hundred & nineteen, and No 139 one hundred and thirty-nine to have an to hold said tract or parcel of land with all the rights members and appurtenances thereof to his own proper use benefit and behoof forever in fee simple. And the said Worrill for himself, his heirs, executors and administrators the said bargained premises unto the said Willis Jinks his heirs, executors, and administrators will warrant and defend the right and title and interest thereof against the claim of all other persons whatsoever. In witness thereof the said Worrill hath hereunto set his hand and affixed his seal, the day and date above written, signed, sealed and delivered in presence of: Edward H.
