CITIZENSHIP.

hereafter to be granted by this State, and to which they may claim title as 
Indians or the descendants of Indians.

Sec. 4. And be it further enacted, That Daniel Sills, of Marion county, and 
his descendants, be, and they are hereby authorized to exercise and enjoy all 
the privileges of white citizens of this State, free from any disabilities 
under which individuals of the Creek tribe of Indians rest.
