Marion County May 1st 1830

Sir,

I must ask of you the favor to send me two or three blank brigade reports to 
enable me more correctly to make my return.  I am directed by General Bailey to 
ask of you to enclose to me one or two blank division reports, Col. Gordon, his 
division Inspector, has resigned and the appointment has been confered on 
another individual, who I shall see at the Harris review in June next (it 
having failed at the time first reported) when I can hand it to him with my 
report.
