Transcriber's note: The first name listed for Mr. Cobb by Ancestry.com is Sobie.
 In my opinion the first letter looks more like a "T" than a "S".  It also gives
his race as black, but on the form itself it appears that white might have been
checked instead, it's difficult to know for sure. This card has lines going down
through it and is blurred in sections, making it very difficult to read.  I'm
not connected to this individual and don't have any further details to verify
which information is correct.  If anyone does  have it please contact me and
we'll update this information.
