Administrator’s Sale

Georgia – Marion County:

By virtue of an order of the court of Ordinary of said county, will be sold at
public outcry on the first Tuesday in November 1902, at the courthouse in said
county in the town of Buena Vista between the legal hours of sale the following
real estate situated in Marion County to-wit: The north half of lot of land
number (100) one hundred, (50) fifty acres in the northwest corner of lot number
(125) one hundred and twenty-five, also (25) twenty-five acres in the southeast
corner of lot number (101) one hundred and one, all of said land lying in the
31st district of said county and containing in the aggregate (176 ¼) one hundred
and seventy-six and one fourth acres more or less and known as the John T.
Cranford place, sale to continue from day to day till completed, terms cash. 
This October 6, 1902.

Notice to Debtors and Creditors

Georgia – Marion County

Notice is hereby given to all the creditors of the estate of John T. Cranford,
last of said county, deceased, to render in an account of their demands to me
within the time prescribed by law, properly made out.  And all persons indebted
to deceased are hereby requested to make immediate payment to the undersigned. 
This October 6th, 1902.
