Administrator’s Sale

GEORGIA - MARION COUNTY

Agreeable to an order of the court of ordinary of Marion county, will be sold at
auction at the court house door of said county, on the first Tuesday in December
next, within the legal hours of sale the following described property to wit:
Lots of land, Nos 127, 128, 129 and 97 in the 31st district; also the east half
of lot No 10 in the 25th district; all of said land lying in Marion county,
aggregating 900 acres more or less.  Also 1 cotton gin and belting, 1 thrashing
machine, 600 bushels of cotton seed, more or less, 250 bushels of corn, more of
less, 4000 pounds of fodder, more or less, two mules, one two horse wagon and
harness, one grain cradle.  All of said property sold as the property of O R
Harris, late of said county, deceased.  Terms of sale cash.
