Administrator’s Sale

GEORGIA - MARION COUNTY

By virtue of an order from Court of Ordinary of Sumter county, Ga., will be sold
before the court house door in Buena Vista, Marion county, Ga., within the legal
hours of sale, on the first Tuesday in January, 1895, the plantation known as
the T M Merritt plantation lying in the counties of Marion and Webster, said
state, containing one thousand (1000) acres of land more or less, all lying in
one body. Said land sold as the property of the estate of T M Merritt, deceased,
and sold to pay the debts of said estate and for the purpose of distribution
among the heirs of said estate.  Terms of sale will be made known on day of sale.
