Commissioners Sales

Agreeably to an order of the superior court granted at the October adjourned
term, 1895, will be sold before the court house door in Buena Vista, Ga., at
public outcry, on the first Tuesday in February, next, between the hours of
sale, the following land to-wit: Lot of land No. one hundred and seven (107) and
the east half of lot of land No. 87, all of said land lying in the 31st district
of Marion county, said state and aggregating 3833/4 acres, more or less.  Sold
as the property of the John Griffin estate and for the purpose of distribution .
 Terms of sale cash.
