Shippey left last Monday for their future home out west. Miss Ira Taylor opened up a school last Monday at McCalls old mill with twenty-one pupils and there are others expected to enter in the near future. Mr. J.T. Wall returned to his old home at Glenalta last Wednesday from the Philippine Islands where he has been serving Uncle Sam for the past two years. It is needless to day his homefolks and friends were glad to welcome him back. He has been on his way home ever since the 14th of December. It is very interesting to hear him tell of the many sights he saw while gone. Mr. J.W. Wall went over to Columbus Tuesday on business. Mr. and Mrs. Worthen have moved to their home in the country where they will resume housekeeping. Mr. W.L. Boynton went up to Japanese on a fishing trip last week.
