Executor’s Sale

Georgia - Marion County

By virtue of an order from the Court of Ordinary of said county, I will sell at
public outcry on the first Tuesday in November 1902, at the courthouse in said
county between the legal hours of sale the following real estate situated in
Marion County to-wit: All of lot of land number (7) seven, the north half of lot
number (8) eight in the 4th district of Marion County, also (6) six acres more
or less in the northeast corner of lot number (249) two hundred and forty nine
in the 5th district of said county, all of said land aggregating (309 ¾) three
hundred and nine and three-fourth acres more or less and known as the Nathan P.
Short place, sale to continue from day to day till completed, terms cash. 
October 6th, 1902.
