Galatia

Rev. Chas. Wall will preach at Galatia the fifth Sunday.

Mrs. George Perry was very sick last week but is improving at this writing.

We are sorry to report that Mrs. J.T. McCorkle is still on crutches.

Miss Alice McCorkle and her two little nieces, of Waverly Hall, attended
preaching at Spring Hill Sunday.

Mr. and Mrs. Simeon Lawhorn attended preaching at Spring Hill Sunday.

Mrs. H. Chapman is quite sick this week.

Mrs. Carrie Perry, of Junction City, is spending this week with her parents, Mr.
and Mrs. Sam Stringfellow.

Miss Alice McCorkle visited her sister, Mrs. Agnes Wall, of near Tazewell, one
day last week.

Mr. and Mrs. Frank Hand were in Buena Vista last week.

Mr. S.R. Lawhorn made a business trip to Buena Vista Saturday.

Mrs. Mattie Jones, of near Columbus, is visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. W.P.
Bryan this week.

Do you know why Mr. C.F. Lancaster is smiling so pleasantly of late? You don’t?
Well, it’s a girl.

Mr. and Mrs. Abe Jordan attended the preaching at Spring Hill Sunday.

Mrs. Belle Lawhorn visited Mrs. Ada Lancaster Sunday afternoon.

Miss Alice McCorkle and Mrs. Belle Lawhorn went to Warm Springs the 10.

We are sorry to learn of the serious illness of the little son of Mr. and Mrs.
B.F. Brady.

Mr. and Mrs. S. Lawhorn attended preaching at New Providence Saturday.

Mr. J.T. McCorkle was in Buena Vista Saturday.

Mr. Roy Lawhorn was in Buena Vista Thursday.
