Examination.

All persons who wish license to teach public schools, will be at Buena Vista on
the last Saturday in this month, 9 o’clock a.m.  None need apply except those
who expect to teach in this county.

Public School and Bond Election.

To the voters of Buena Vista.  After considering a petition signed by more than
thirty of the qualified voters of said town requesting the Mayor and city
council of Buena Vista to order an election to be held in accordance with an act
approved Sept. 26th, 1891, providing for the adoption of a public school system
and the issuing of bonds therefore for the town of Buena Vista, Ga., it is
ordered that an election be held in Buena Vista, Ga., on June 8th, 1897 for the
purpose of submitting to the qualified voters of said town the adoption of the
public school system and the issuing of bonds for the establishment of public
schools.
